Repairs to pressure relief valves are performed at Furmanite locations which are audited and governed by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, as jurisdictorate of the ASME. All repairs are performed to the guidelines established by NBIC23 and per their applications to ASME Sect. I and VIII of the ASME Construction Codes.
Documentation and record keeping is essential to maintaining auditable records for pressure relief valve repairs. Furmanite’s ValveOne Asset Management Program, allows the customer full access to all historical repair records for each valve or grouping of valves maintained in the software for the customer.
